EXPERIENCE SPEECH

At Experience Speech, we believe that communication skills are developed through motivating, meaningful and memorable experiences, as well as authentic connections with the clients and families we support. We individualized, child-led speech and language experiences to foster communication development by working together with families in each of our sessions. Child-led sessions use a child's interests so that they are motivated to engage, connect and learn. We promise that each session with our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) will be an experience! Our services are offered in-office (in Richmond Hill, ON) or virtually (Ontario wide).

ASSESSMENT

We provide an individualized, comprehensive evaluation of your child’s communication skills (including: early communication, expressive language, receptive language, written language/literacy, speech, and social skills). An assessment yields a summary of your child’s communication strengths and areas of need. Your child’s speech and language needs and goals will be determined from this assessment and guide treatment sessions.

TREATMENT

Treatment sessions are offered virtually or in our office space. We have experience treating children with a variety of communication needs in the areas of: expressive language, receptive language, speech, social communication, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), reading and writing. We use child-led therapy, so that each session is memorable and meaningful for your child.
